For our Danish client, we're looking for a Senior Data Engineer who will join the Team DataSaurus as part of the Value Optimization Engine Platform. The focus of the platform is to support the journey of estimating and calculating the value of the offshore wind farms to ensure that the best decisions are made for investing, delivering and running the offshore wind farm assets. Team DataSaurus enables and delivers data analytics for the entire process from scoping an asset in the early phases to deciding to invest and further into operating the wind farm. Data is ingested from multiple systems into a data warehouse solution and transformations are handled. A layer of Power BI is used to support customers with analytic dashboards.
Wymagania
- Strong Azure Data Engineering experience
- Advanced hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Experience with Azure Synapse / Azure SQL Data Warehouse
- Strong T-SQL skills including complex transformations and performance tuning
- Solid Data Warehousing experience
- Experience with dimensional modelling (Kimball methodology)
- Knowledge of medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold layers)
- Proven experience with end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Experience working in large or enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
- Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environment
