Senior .NET Developer (Kafka)

• Minimum 4 years of experience implementing complex solutions in C# / .NET based on microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core / .NET 8 and SQL.
• Practical experience with Kafka.
• Ability to analyze and understand existing code and develop it without losing quality and consistency.
• Experience in designing solutions and making architectural decisions.
• Comfortable with refactoring and implementing new design patterns.
• Responsible for solutions from analysis through deployment and monitoring.

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or financial projects.

• Develop and enhance software solutions in .NET / .NET 8 within a microservices architecture.
• Design and develop Kafka-based and event-driven architectures.
• Analyze existing solutions and code, proposing architectural improvements.
• Refactor code and implement new design patterns.
• Analyze user requirements and participate in solution design.
• Collaborate with product teams, architects, and developers.
• Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and monitor deployed solutions.
• Work remotely with a requirement to visit the office in Łódź once a month.
