Java Developer (With Node.JS)

ITFS is a consulting company based in the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. The company focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients in Poland and Western Europe.

• Very good knowledge of Node.js
• Experience with the Fastify framework
• Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot framework
• Understanding of Semantic Versioning (SemVer) principles
• Experience working with backend services and APIs
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar position

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes (ability to read and understand Jenkins and/or Codefresh pipelines)
• Experience working with AWS and/or OpenShift cloud environments
• Ability to work in a fullstack environment, including basic or experienced frontend skills

• Develop and maintain backend services based on Node.js and Java
• Create new microservices using Java (Spring Boot)
• Develop and maintain existing solutions in Node.js (Fastify)
• Collaborate on system architecture design and new solutions
• Maintain code quality and compliance with Semantic Versioning (SemVer)
• Collaborate with the team on deployments and system integrations
• Optionally support frontend development depending on candidate's skills
