• Ensure continuous IT operation of OPS
• Provide technical support for OPS websites (Public Information Bulletin, Facebook)
• Assist OPS staff with hardware and software usage, including data entry and program operation
• Supervise proper functioning of the document circulation system and incoming mail
• Perform tasks according to applicable laws and regulations, especially network and database administration
