Change Manager

• 8–10 years of professional experience, especially in organizational change management in large-scale transformation programs
• Strong project management background including planning, governance, RAID, and dependency management
• Experience in technological transformations such as HR systems, corporate platforms, and digital tools
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP)
• Excellent facilitation skills and experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders
• Fluent English (minimum C1+) required for daily work in an international environment

Change management:

• Manage change streams end-to-end including scope, schedule, RAID log, budget, and quality
• Define and implement change management strategies including impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, change roadmaps, and adoption KPIs
• Collaborate with business to design and execute stakeholder engagement activities, including leadership alignment and building change agent networks
• Conduct workshops, focus groups, and interviews to incorporate employee perspectives into transformation design
• Develop and oversee communication and branding strategies for the project
• Shape training and support processes including educational paths, coaching frameworks, and Change Champions networks
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Ensure alignment of change management plans with overall project schedule and delivery methodology
