Microsoft DevOps / AI Architect (Azure | M365 | D365)

The role is within the IT consulting area, working remotely with international clients from sectors including financial services, public administration, healthcare, technology, media, and telecommunications. The position involves designing and implementing large-scale digital transformation programs using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 technologies.

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in scoping and implementing large, complex digital transformation programs in diverse enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Azure architecture, including design, implementation, and management of cloud-native data and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Practical skills in integrating AI and data solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices and automation of deployment, monitoring, and scaling of cloud workloads using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Knowledge of cloud security standards, operational excellence, and compliance procedures in IT architecture
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1+), capable of translating technical concepts to business language and communicating effectively with IT engineers and executives
• Ability and willingness to mentor and support the technical development of team members
• Daily work in English within an international project team

Architecture and design:

• Design and implement cloud-native data and AI solutions using Microsoft Azure services
• Manage and optimize Azure-based infrastructures for performance, stability, and scalability

Collaboration:

• Work closely with business partners and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into modern cloud solutions

System integration:

• Seamlessly integrate AI and data solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems

Automation and DevOps:

• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps best practices

Compliance and security:

• Promote operational excellence and ensure highest standards of security and compliance in cloud engineering processes

Technical communication:

• Effectively communicate with IT teams, C-level management, and end-user communities both verbally and in writing

Applications must be submitted in English. The recruitment process is 100% remote. Candidates must be available to start ASAP or within a maximum one-month notice period. Travel to Dublin 1-2 times per quarter is required, with all costs covered.
