Technical Program Manager (Hardware)

SQUAD's Delivery Division consists of multiple cross-functional program management teams focused on end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of security device programs. The teams work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to manage both new development and sustained initiatives, emphasizing standardized processes, KPI-driven progress tracking, and continuous improvement in execution predictability.

• Experience in full-lifecycle hardware program management, from planning through to delivery
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional program execution across multiple teams and disciplines
• Expertise in resource negotiation, ensuring optimal allocation for program success
• Strong capability in risk and dependency management to maintain delivery predictability
• Track record of KPI-driven delivery, using measurable goals to guide progress and outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Ability to influence without direct authority, building alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Strong consensus-building skills to drive agreement in multi-team environments
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus on objectives
• Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written
