IT Procurement Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, including IT (software, hardware, SaaS, services)
• Experience in team management
• Negotiation experience with large/global suppliers
• Budget management experience (CAPEX/OPEX)
• Participation in transformational projects (e.g., cloud, digital)
• Good knowledge of the IT market and licensing models
• Experience negotiating contracts (SLA, KPI, commercial terms)

• Lead sourcing processes and negotiate with suppliers
• Develop procurement strategies in a dynamic business environment
• Manage IT purchases including software, hardware, SaaS, and services
• Participate in transformational projects such as cloud and digital initiatives
• Manage budget (CAPEX/OPEX) and negotiate contracts including SLA and KPI terms
