Deliver day-to-day support in one of the main People Operations functions such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with the specific area assigned according to business priorities
Address and resolve employee inquiries through a ticketing platform, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up
Update and manage employee information in both internal and external HR and payroll databases, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
Assist in ensuring all HR documentation and procedures align with company guidelines and legal standards
Contribute to the preparation of reports and summaries for operational or compliance needs
Work closely with the People Team to streamline processes, improve the employee journey, and assist with broader team projects
