Provide operational support in one of the core People Operations areas, including Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignment based on business needs
Manage and resolve employee requests using a ticketing system, ensuring responses are timely and accurate
Maintain and update employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems, focusing on accuracy and compliance
Help ensure HR documentation and processes meet internal policies and legal requirements
Participate in generating reports and summaries for operational or compliance purposes
Collaborate with the broader People Team to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and support team-wide initiatives
