Wymagania
- At least 1 year of experience in IT user support tasks.
- Good understanding of a wide range of IT topics, including hardware, installation, and software support.
- Independent, organized, analytical, and responsible work style.
- High communication skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
- German language skills are welcome.
Obowiązki
- Receiving, classifying, and handling user requests via ticketing system or phone.
- Independently resolving simple technical issues for users.
- Escalating complex or specialized problems to second-line support.
- Managing users, devices, and permissions.
- Administering assigned IT systems, applications, and portals.
- Installing approved software on workstations.
- Escalating recurring incidents and larger-scale problems.
- Regularly reviewing existing IT instructions and documentation and proposing improvements.
- Participating in new IT projects or migrations, especially related to helpdesk.
