HSBC Technology Poland is hiring for a Technology Global Portfolio Manager (Cards Value Stream) role focused on shaping and driving the early-stage planning and delivery pipeline for a global Cards technology value stream within a global, matrixed organization.


Wymagania

  • Portfolio/programme delivery experience in technology environments with strong planning, estimation, and mobilisation skills.
  • Proven experience as a business–technology integrator, able to influence and align stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong understanding of Cards products and lifecycle, including credit/debit card journeys, authorisation, clearing & settlement, disputes/chargebacks, fraud, servicing, and digital channels.
  • Solid knowledge of project delivery lifecycle including governance, risk management, and delivery controls.
  • Experience with value stream/agile delivery concepts such as epics/features, PI planning, lean prioritisation, and dependency mapping.
  • Strong communication skills for producing clear roadmaps, plans, status reports, and executive updates.
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organisation, managing ambiguity and driving decisions.

Obowiązki

  • Lead early-stage initiative shaping: intake, discovery framing, sizing, prioritisation, and mobilisation.
  • Own and maintain the value stream roadmap, aligned to Cards strategy, regulatory needs, and technology direction.
  • Drive end-to-end planning and estimation: scope, milestones, resourcing, cost, benefits, and risks.
  • Run portfolio governance routines: prioritisation forums, planning checkpoints, and RAID reviews.
  • Monitor delivery health, escalate issues early, and enable timely decisions.
  • Act as the primary interface across Product, Business Sponsors, Technology, Architecture, Engineering, and Change/Operations.
  • Translate business outcomes into delivery-ready plans with clear scope, constraints, and trade-offs.
  • Manage cross-team/cross-region dependencies and align engineering capacity, skills, sequencing, and benefits tracking to the roadmap.
