IT Service Manager

• Highly organized with strong administrative knowledge and skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Significant experience working in a change environment, such as portfolio, programme/project office, or delivery capacity.
• Knowledge of financial services and banking.
• Good planning and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, effective even under pressure.

• Manage IT controls and Key Control Indicators (KCI), cost allocations, and recharges to business entities.
• Oversee cloud, data, and outsourcing governance.
• Manage IT applications consumed by Swiss business entities.
• Handle IT impairments linked to consuming business entities.
• Coordinate major IT deliveries impacting business entities.
• Conduct IT delivery services materiality assessments.
• Manage intra-group service agreement breaks.
• Maintain records management for the IT department in Switzerland.
• Recertify Swiss IT procedures.
• Manage Swiss hosted vulnerabilities.
