SAP Project Manager

Upvanta is seeking an experienced SAP Learning & Knowledge Manager responsible for developing and managing training, knowledge, and user support strategies for SAP within the EMEA region. The role involves collaboration with business teams, IT, and SAP experts to ensure effective system adoption, user competency development, and maintenance of high-quality documentation and training materials.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in knowledge management, learning & development, user enablement, SAP training, or ERP system adoption
• Experience working with SAP/ERP systems in an international environment
• Knowledge of knowledge management processes and documentation lifecycle management
• Experience creating and maintaining training materials and process documentation
• Very good knowledge of SAP Enable Now or similar LMS/DAP platforms
• Ability to collaborate with business, IT, and international teams
• Analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and adoption metrics
• Very good command of English (minimum C1 level)
• Additional European languages are an advantage

• Develop and manage SAP knowledge management and training strategies for the EMEA region
• Manage documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories
• Coordinate training activities related to SAP system and process changes
• Develop and update training materials, user instructions, FAQs, and onboarding content
• Organize refresher trainings and initiatives to support SAP user competency development
• Collaborate with SAP teams, business process owners, and regional stakeholders
• Manage SAP Enable Now platform or other LMS/DAP solutions
• Monitor training effectiveness and knowledge adoption using KPIs and user feedback
• Support change management activities and communication of changes
