Business- System Analyst

• Experience as a Business or System Analyst in IT projects
• Background in banking or financial industry
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and translate business to IT
• Proficiency in creating user stories and backlog management
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN and experience with Enterprise Architect or similar tools
• Practical experience with SQL (e.g., pgAdmin, SQL Developer)
• Experience using Postman and Swagger for API work
• Familiarity with system integrations such as REST and Kafka
• Understanding of microservice architecture and cloud basics
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of credit processes for corporate clients
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk or Elastic
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra
• Basic programming knowledge, e.g., Java

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to translate business requirements into IT solutions
• Create user stories and manage product backlogs
• Work with UML and BPMN modeling techniques using tools such as Enterprise Architect
• Utilize SQL tools (e.g., pgAdmin, SQL Developer) for data-related tasks
• Use Postman and Swagger for API testing and documentation
• Understand and work with system integrations including REST APIs and Kafka
• Comprehend microservice architecture and basic cloud concepts
