Frontend Developer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is part of the DevX team focusing on UI development and architectural improvements for React-based applications, contributing to global DevOps transformation.

• 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development, primarily with the React ecosystem
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for building interactive, performant web applications
• Solid experience with UI/UX design principles, translating requirements into intuitive interfaces
• Deep understanding of SDLC, delivering high-quality code across all stages
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
• Experience in DevOps-related activities (CI/CD, continuous improvement principles)

• Exposure to large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions and distributed systems
• Ability to mentor junior developers and influence UI best practices
• Familiarity with performance optimization and responsive design patterns

• Lead UI changes and improvements to enhance UX and application reliability
