Helpdesk Specialist

• Commercial experience in a similar position
• Experience working with end users and handling support ticket systems
• Interest in technology, including hardware and software
• Ability to identify problems and find appropriate IT solutions
• Independence and meticulousness in task management and equipment handling
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical users
• Proactivity in suggesting improvements and new solutions
• Good work organization and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment

• Handle user support requests by receiving, classifying, resolving, or escalating them
• Analyze and diagnose technical problems to quickly restore system and device functionality
• Support users remotely and directly in the office
• Install and configure office and business software
• Prepare equipment for new users and maintain its inventory
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and IT resource inventory
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills by seeking new solutions and following technological changes
• Collaborate with other teams, especially infrastructure, security, and administration
