Product Manager

x-kom is a technology and e-commerce company operating for over 20 years, with offices in Częstochowa, Kraków, and Warszawa.

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in technology products or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and ability to align user needs with market offerings.
• Strong planning skills and excellent work organization, including prioritization and attention to detail.
• Proactive and independent with a solution-oriented mindset and flexibility to changing priorities.
• Timely and meticulous, capable of prioritizing tasks and achieving goals independently.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with ability to analyze sales data and adapt to market changes.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate across departments including marketing and distribution.
• Passion for technology and gadgets such as smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, and e-book readers.

Nice to have:

• Experience in retail or e-commerce sectors.
• Previous collaboration with sales or marketing teams.

• Manage the PC components category.
• Oversee sales and margin targets, analyze sales results, and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute budgets, ensuring category profitability and efficient resource use.
• Collaborate with vendors and distributors, build long-term relationships, negotiate terms.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor product turnover, optimize stock levels, and negotiate payment terms.
• Work closely with marketing to create and implement promotional campaigns ensuring communication consistency and effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, analyze competition, and adjust the offer accordingly.
