Wymagania

  • Senior-level experience as a PMO / Business PMO / Programme PMO / Transformation PMO.
  • Experience supporting large business transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of programme governance, including status cadence, RAID, decision logs, dependency management, and executive reporting.
  • Experience working with senior business stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and ability to bring structure to complex topics.
  • Very good English language skills.
  • Availability for an approximately 6-month project.
  • Candidates must be based in the EU or UK.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in large FMCG / CPG / consumer goods organisations.
  • Experience in commercial transformation, procurement transformation, sourcing, supplier management, contracts, vendor setup, source-to-pay or procure-to-pay.
  • Experience in GBS / shared services / global business transformation environments.
  • Experience with business readiness, operating model change, transition management, or organisational change.

Obowiązki

  • Support the Commercial Transformation programme from the business side.
  • Establish and maintain a strong programme rhythm, including regular status updates, governance meetings, SteerCo preparation, follow-ups, decisions, and escalations.
  • Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones across programme workstreams.
  • Own and maintain RAID logs, decision logs, action trackers, and status materials.
  • Prepare clear reporting and decision materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple programme streams and business stakeholders.
  • Support business readiness, communication, and organisational change activities.
  • Ensure transparency of actions, priorities, dependencies, and decision points across the programme.
