• Passion for playing games, especially casual mobile games with in-app purchases
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and training team members at different expertise levels
• Experience coordinating and organizing multiple projects across multi-person teams
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to respond flexibly to changing project requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both concise and precise

• Hire and train new Game Explorers to maintain operational efficiency and expertise
• Manage division of project work across multiple Game Explorers
• Define new data collection templates for precise recording and organization of gameplay data
• Play a variety of free-to-play mobile games daily
• Collect detailed gameplay data on level progression, item types and costs, live ops events, sales and offers, marketing messages, and similar
• Change gameplay behavior according to predefined playthrough scripts based on project needs
• Communicate proactively with the Product Insights team, delivering time-sensitive data on schedule and budget while meeting quality requirements
