Senior SAP Field Services Management (FSM) Consultant

DXC Technology is a leading independent, end-to-end IT services company serving nearly 6,000 private and public sector clients across 70 countries. The role is part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program for a global manufacturing organization.

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive SAP functional experience.
• At least 3+ years dedicated to implementing SAP FSM.
• Deep understanding of heavy manufacturing field service processes including break-fix, preventative maintenance, warranties, and equipment management.
• Proven experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP ECC CS/PM, and knowledge of master data objects.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Experience completing at least two full-lifecycle SAP FSM implementations.
• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
• Valid SAP Certification in SAP Field Service Management.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe project methodologies.
• Experience with offline mobile capabilities and advanced Smartform scripting.
• Knowledge of SAP Customer Experience (CX) portfolio, especially SAP Service Cloud.

Functional Leadership:

• Lead functional design and implementation of SAP FSM within the S/4HANA transformation.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP FSM solution designs.
• Act as senior functional SME across design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare phases.

S/4HANA Integration:

• Architect and oversee integration of SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA Service, Customer Service, and Plant Maintenance modules.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

• Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA architects, developers, and middleware teams to ensure technical feasibility and system performance.

Testing & Deployment:

• Lead system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop test scripts, manage defect resolution, and support cutover and hypercare.

Mentorship & Leadership:

• Guide and mentor junior functional consultants and technical developers.
• Champion best practices for SAP FSM within the project team.

Change Management:

• Assist in creating training materials and deliver key-user training for dispatchers and field technicians.
