End to End Planner (Material Planning)

• At least 2 years of experience in an end-to-end material planning role with hands-on knowledge of MRP processes, planning parameters, and inventory management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or Logistics.
• Fluent English (C1 level) for regular communication with international teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across planning teams and suppliers.
• Proactive mindset to anticipate issues and initiate mitigation actions.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize complex workloads and meet deadlines.
• Customer-oriented approach understanding the impact of material planning on downstream operations.

• Convert the production plan and Master Production Schedule (MPS) into a structured Material Requirements Plan (MRP), calculating net requirements using inventories, lead times, and planning parameters.
• Maintain a rolling monthly and medium-term materials plan, ensuring accuracy and alignment with supply chain goals.
• Validate material availability based on supplier feedback and proactively identify shortages, risks, and opportunities.
• Propose constrained planning scenarios and escalate material risks to Supply Planning and Procurement teams.
• Act as the operational interface between Procurement and suppliers, monitoring purchase order confirmations, delivery dates, and supplier performance.
• Support supplier issue resolution and coordinate recovery actions to minimize production disruption.
• Monitor raw and packaging material inventories, identify excess stock, slow-moving materials, or shortage risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Track material availability versus production execution and manage short-term exceptions within the frozen planning horizon.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting new planning methods and contributing to more efficient planning processes.
