Senior Java Developer

• 3+ years of professional Java development experience
• Knowledge of low-latency and multi-threaded programming techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market changes
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Understanding of financial markets, particularly Rates and Credit bonds/derivatives with trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Tradeweb)
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka and data serialization formats (e.g., AVRO)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)

• Architect and develop scalable Java applications for complex business challenges
• Optimize and refactor existing components to improve performance and maintainability
• Lead UAT and demonstration sessions with key stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless integration
• Support production rollouts and provide ongoing maintenance
• Develop cutting-edge solutions while maintaining a sophisticated, multi-faceted platform
