Wymagania
- Active student status at a Polish university
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
- Interest in HR processes and systems
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in administrative roles
Obowiązki
- Develop and circulate HR documentation, meeting materials and weekly communications
- Ensure the database and personnel files are updated and maintained accurately
- Support tracking and reporting of HR core processes
- Maintain accurate records of HR documentation and work instructions

- Full-time commitment, 40 hours per week
- Hybrid working pattern with 4 days per week onsite at offices in Gdansk, Krakow, or Wroclaw
