Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years leading product at Lead or Director level, managing multi-team product organizations.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS, preferably vertical SaaS, health tech, or complex workflow products like EHR, billing, or scheduling.
- Experience in driving multi-product consolidation.
- Comfort with regulated environments such as healthcare data, GDPR, and medical-device software is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish, Polish, Italian, or Portuguese is advantageous.
Obowiązki
- Own the PMS product strategy across all local and Docplanner light version PMS products with a unified vision and localized execution.
- Partner closely with the Engineering Director to align the product roadmap and user experience with the technical modularization of the core stack.
- Embed AI features natively into PMS, including AI scribe, AI booking, patient summaries, and intelligent scheduling.
- Design a lightweight entry product for individuals and clinics with a clear upsell path to the full PMS, AI features, and marketplace.
- Own key outcomes such as doctor and clinic retention, expansion revenue, integrated-doctor growth, and new-market launches.
- Lead and develop product leaders across four countries, collaborating with PMS business owners, country managers, and the AI team.
