Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (German speaker)

• Minimum 2 years experience in a pre-sales customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to multi-level audiences
• Fluency in German and English
• Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to build executive relationships and collaborate internally
• Creative problem solver able to interpret complex business problems and deliver value-based solutions
• Comfortable engaging both business executives and technical audiences
• Passionate about learning, growth, feedback, and customer success

• Partner with direct sales, partners, and account teams on Fortune 500 customers to track customer profiles, business problems, roadmaps, and solution success
• Participate in customer discovery to understand current state and business problems, mapping to Atlassian products and solutions
• Identify additional opportunities for cross-product and solution expansion
• Investigate, discover, and assess client pain points
• Act as a product expert in the pre-sales process, articulating software value and impact
• Maintain broad understanding of Atlassian product and solution offerings and communicate their combined value
• Lead value-based demonstrations tailored to different stakeholder needs
• Understand and guide customer's technical needs to gain buy-in for Atlassian solutions
• Forge strong partnerships with account executives, discussing pipeline and opportunities
• Track and document product feedback and competitive intelligence, advocating internally
• Continuously develop pre-sales, product, solution, and platform knowledge and sales processes
