Senior QA

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Practical knowledge of UI and API test automation tools (Robot Framework knowledge or willingness to adopt it due to GxP standards)
• Experience building dashboards in Grafana and working with logs to convert raw data into quality gates
• Ability to independently create and optimize deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for running tests
• Knowledge of contract testing concepts and tools (e.g., Pact, Spring Cloud Contract)
• Strong business analysis skills (mapping main business paths, defining integration points, prioritizing tasks based on risk analysis)
• High independence, initiative, and ability to build QA processes from scratch with minimal developer support
• Preferred experience with HPC environments and regulated industry specifics (GxP)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of QA, Robot Framework, API testing, UI design
• Language skills: Polish (expert), English (advanced)

• Writing tests in Robot Framework (UI/API/SSH)
• Building pipelines in GitHub Actions
• Configuring dashboards in Grafana
• Creating contract tests
• Working with remote Linux machines (Lmod, log forwarders, base system images)

Development of commercial application area (~35% time):

• Creating automated acceptance tests for key business paths (UI/API)
• Configuring simple test pipelines
• Implementing basic monitoring in Grafana
• Close cooperation with business for risk assessment

Automation and Observability in HPC environment (~50% time):

• Reviewing and developing automation for HPC clusters
• Implementing strategy for HPC Toolbox (~1000 modules) including monitoring module usage via Lmod hooks
• Deploying parameterized base tests
• Configuring test infrastructure with DevOps support

Support, reviews, and standardization (~15% time):

• Periodic support for dedicated QA in strategy implementation
• Assisting in contract test implementation in microservices
• Participating in migration to Robot Framework
• Unifying observability approaches
