Website Support Assistant

Insight Consultancy is a Leicester-based digital agency offering digital marketing services for small business clients, including social media management and website design and development. The company is steadily growing and offers career development opportunities.

• Strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugins including WooCommerce
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields Pro and custom post types
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap
• Knowledge of cross-browser testing, responsive design, and mobile-first development
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of server management including DNS settings, hosting, and c-panel
• Experience working with bespoke or third-party APIs
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role

Nice to have:

• WordPress updates, backups, and maintenance
• WordPress troubleshooting and bug fixing
• Triage new WordPress maintenance requests, ensuring proper allocation and meeting deadlines
• Track and enforce service-level agreements for timely resolution of projects and tickets
• Quantity control and testing to ensure high technical and creative standards
• Complete audits on managed sites to ensure standards are met
• Update content, import data, and add imagery within WordPress CMS
• Assist in collating product data for Ecommerce websites
• Optimize website performance and speed
• Assist the team with various administrative duties

The role is fully remote but candidates should be based in Poland. High level of English (B2 at least) is required. Availability at weekends is a plus.
