Upvanta is hiring a Junior Business Analyst interested in technology and IT's impact on organizational development, focusing on strategy, transformation, and IT management.

• Higher education or student status (preferred fields: management, economics, computer science, data analysis, data science, new technologies, AI, or related)
• Interest in digital transformation and new technologies
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions
• Skills in preparing presentations and reports
• Good work organization and independence
• Openness to learning and development
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Interest in AI solutions and ability to use AI model-based tools

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams
• Experience in IT projects, business analysis, or transformation initiatives
• Interest in IT architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, or governance

• Support initiatives related to IT strategy and technological transformation
• Monitor statuses of actions, risks, dependencies, and schedules
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Analyze information and prepare recommendations
• Support updating and monitoring the implementation of the Bank's IT Strategy
• Identify areas requiring improvements
• Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, and management materials
• Organize meetings and workshops (agendas, notes, summaries, action lists)
