Senior Salesforce Developer (100% Remote)

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Salesforce Flows.
• Practical experience using AI tools supporting development (e.g., Vibes, GitHub Copilot).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems and business applications.
• Knowledge of Force.com APIs, integration patterns, and Salesforce platform best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with business and international teams.
• Very good command of English enabling fluent communication in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with CloudSense.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud.
• Experience in the telecommunications (Telco) industry.

• Develop and maintain solutions based on Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Create and enhance functionalities using Lightning, Apex, and Salesforce Flows.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions supporting new subscription services and business processes.
• Implement and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems, with or without middleware.
• Participate in solution architecture design and recommend best development practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Utilize AI tools supporting the software development process.
• Actively participate in the Salesforce developer community and contribute to standards and best practices.
• Support the implementation of new services and improvements that increase business value for clients.
