QA Specialist / Automated Testing & AI

VHV Informatyka is the international software development partner of the VHV Group, a large German insurance company with around 4,000 employees. The company supports the VHV Group's digital transformation by providing efficient, stable systems, innovative services, and user-friendly interfaces. The team works in a modern office space in the center of Warsaw and collaborates closely with the German IT organization.

• Excitement for software development and testing automation
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, or similar)
• Manual testing skills, basic IT knowledge, basic SQL
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they can support QA work
• Eager to learn and grow

Nice to have:

• Experience in test automation skills (Playwright etc.)
• Experience using AI-assisted tools in testing (e.g., test case/data generation, code assistants)
• Experience with API testing (ReadyAPI or similar)

• Ticket screening, bug reproduction, and reporting
• Test scenario design and preparation
• Manual testing
• Designing, building, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
• Exploring and applying AI-based tools to support test design, test data generation, and overall QA efficiency
