• Secondary vocational education with a title of computer technician.
• Ability to administer operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
• Skills in managing computer networks and configuring network devices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Planning and organizing own work with logical thinking skills.
• Stress resistance and high communication skills.
• English language proficiency at B2 level in speaking and writing, with basic technical English knowledge.

• Provide technical support by assisting users with hardware and software issues, including installation and configuration.
• Administer IT systems by monitoring and managing servers and computer networks to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage security by monitoring systems for threats, updating antivirus software, and implementing security policies.
• Perform hardware maintenance by diagnosing and repairing hardware faults and conducting regular technical inspections.
• Create and update technical documentation and user instructions.
