Wymagania
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin and Development)
- 2+ years in a technical lead or team lead role managing Admins and Developers
- Proven experience with AI agents, prompt templates, and agent actions
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot–Salesforce, Slack-Salesforce native sync and/or API-based integration
- Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel routing, WhatsApp for Salesforce, and Live Agent / Messaging
- Demonstrated track record of leading CRM migration projects including data mapping, ETL, and cutover management
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based deployment, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills to align engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint and backlog management
Certifications (Required or Strongly Preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist (strongly preferred)
Certifications (Optional):
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
- Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with HubSpot Operations Hub for advanced sync logic
- Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops environments
- Experience migrating from legacy CRMs into Salesforce
- Knowledge of Data Cloud for unified customer profiles and AI grounding
- Experience with Einstein Bots or Agentforce agents connected to WhatsApp and chat channels
- Familiarity with Plauti and Rollup Helper
Obowiązki
Team Leadership:
- Directly responsible for running the CRM team: Developers, Admins, and Support
- Designs ownership and accountability models for bugs, platform work, and business requests
- Maintains visibility of all open issues across Support and Sprint boards
- Works with Head of CRM to identify skill gaps and propose training or hiring plans
- Organises knowledge sessions on platform capabilities, architecture patterns, and tooling
- Drives code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering best practices
- Maintains up-to-date team capacity across all Sprint cycles
- Governs capacity allocation across Business Requests, Bug tickets, and Technical/Platform tickets
Backlog Execution & Delivery:
- Collaborates daily with Project Managers to refine, prioritise, and execute the Salesforce backlog
- Participates in all Scrum ceremonies
- Owns the Retrospective sessions
- Translates business requirements into technical solutions and user stories
- Surfaces blockers, dependencies, and technical debt to stakeholders
- Accountable for solutions reaching Production
- Sets and upholds quality standards across design, build, test, and release
- Reviews significant solution designs before development
- Challenges scope where technical risk or debt is underestimated
Platform Roadmap:
- Co-owns the CRM platform roadmap with Head of CRM and Product Managers
- Presents roadmap proposals and technical trade-offs
- Tracks Salesforce seasonal releases and assesses impact
- Drives cross-market platform standardisation
- Partners with IT, data, and business teams on integrations
- Owns documentation and assignment logic for Salesforce permissions
- Oversees Salesforce org health: configuration, security, data integrity, performance
Technical Leadership & AI Innovation:
- Designs scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products
- Leads design and deployment of autonomous AI agents, prompt templates, and orchestration flows
- Defines AI adoption strategy within Salesforce platform
- Architects and manages Salesforce Omni-Channel routing, WhatsApp for Salesforce, Live Agent, and Embedded Chat
- Owns architecture and health of Salesforce–HubSpot bidirectional sync
- Evaluates new Salesforce features, AppExchange products, and third-party tools
- Defines and enforces coding standards, governance frameworks, and CI/CD processes
CRM Migrations:
- Leads end-to-end CRM migration projects from legacy systems or HubSpot into Salesforce
- Partners with data and analytics teams for data integrity and zero-downtime cutovers
- Documents migration runbooks and manages post-migration hypercare phases
