Sii Polska is recruiting for a project in the banking sector focused on payment cards. The role involves working with a diverse portfolio of clients and technologies, supported by internal training, mentoring, and various employee programs.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system or business-system analysis in the payment cards domain
• Very good knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, and SQL
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of system implementation, testing, and development processes
• Proficiency in English for working with documentation and stakeholders
• Openness to hybrid work in Warsaw (2 days per week)
• Required to reside in Poland and fluent in Polish

• Analyze and agree on business requirements related to card products and processes
• Create functional specifications and analytical documentation
• Map business processes and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with payment organizations and business and technical teams
• Participate in implementing new functionalities and changes in existing systems
• Prepare test scenarios and support test execution
• Participate in data and system migration projects

• Required to reside in Poland
• Fluent Polish language skills required
