Wymagania
- Experience with Python and GenAI stack including Langfuse and Vector Database (MongoDB).
- Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS.
- Knowledge of Snowflake and MongoDB databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Gitlab.
- Good understanding of automated testing best practices for frontend, backend, and LLM testing.
- Ability to enforce AI safety and data privacy standards.

- Own the technical delivery of the GenAI chatbot.
- Bridge the gap between internal business stakeholders and the external software vendor.
- Ensure vendor delivers high-quality, secure, and scalable code.
- Guide model selection based on cost, latency, and performance trade-offs.
- Mandate a rigorous testing framework to measure chatbot accuracy, groundedness, and answer relevance.
- Guide architecture decisions and align with other products.
- Design safe API interfaces to protect internal customer data.
- Enforce strict PII masking protocols and sanitize user queries.
- Oversee implementation of authentication methods like OAuth2 and SSO to respect user permission levels.
