Business Analyst

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Higher education in banking, mathematics, economics, or related fields
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to model processes using BPMN, UML, or similar
• Experience in financial, insurance, or banking sectors
• High-level analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience in complaints handling, customer service, or operational processes is a plus

• Participate in a banking sector project
• Analyze and optimize complaint handling processes
• Identify business needs and gather/document requirements
• Model business processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams on solution design and implementation
• Monitor process efficiency and prepare analyses and reports
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment ensuring high-quality communication and collaboration
• Work in a hybrid model with office presence in Warsaw 5 times per month
