Mid / Senior React Developer

Mid level:

• 3+ years of commercial frontend development experience
• Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Familiarity with modern frontend tools and best practices
• Basic understanding of AI/LLM use cases (e.g., chatbots, recommendations, search)
• Experience with Git and Agile environments
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• English proficiency: B2+

Senior-Level (in addition to Mid requirements):

• 5+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong expertise in frontend architecture and design patterns
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring developers
• Ability to influence architectural decisions and technical direction
• Proven experience optimizing performance and scalability
• Experience integrating AI/LLM-driven features into applications

Nice to have:

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
• Next.js
• Redux / Zustand / Context API
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright
• Cloud & CI/CD pipelines
• AI tools (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, RAG, vector DBs)

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript
• Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces
• Design reusable components and scalable frontend architecture
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and Product Owners
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural design
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and accessibility
• Contribute to AI-powered features and personalized user experiences
• Continuously improve development processes and engineering practices
