Senior AI Engineer

• Very good programming skills in Python and experience building production backend services and APIs
• Experience creating and deploying LLM-based applications in production environments
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, structured responses, context management, and tool calling
• Experience with base model and LLM platform integrations such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or Bedrock
• Competence in API design, testing, deployment, observability, evaluation, and failure handling
• Understanding of AI system security and reliability including guardrails, fallback patterns, and output validation
• Pragmatic approach to solving complex real-world problems with clean and maintainable solutions
• Very good command of English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Java, Kotlin, LangChain, MCP, RAG

• Design, build, and maintain AI applications and backend services in Python integrating LLMs with business processes
• Design and implement LLM-based workflows including prompt engineering, context management, and tool calling
• Define robust API contracts and outputs generated by AI
• Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI services through automated tests, prompt iteration, and measurable evaluation methods
• Implement security and reliability mechanisms such as validation, guardrails, fallback mechanisms, and error handling
• Monitor and improve production systems using logs, metrics, traces, and AI observability tools
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to transform ambiguous use cases into production-ready solutions
