Manual Tester

Scalo is involved in projects related to banking systems, specifically focusing on card processes, payments, authorization, settlements, and accounting.

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in manual testing, preferably with banking or financial systems.
• Knowledge of card processes, payments, authorization, settlements, or accounting.
• Ability to work based on general business requirements and functional documentation.
• Experience in defect recording and description.
• Ability to prepare positive, negative, and boundary test scenarios.
• Proficiency with Jira, Excel, Confluence, and SQL.

• Prepare and execute test scenarios and business process tests related to card lifecycle, authorization, settlements, fees, interests, repayments, and installment plans.
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Verify card lifecycle processes including issuance, activation, authorization, blocking, renewal, and closure.
• Test accounting, fees, interests, repayments, installment plans, and settlements.
• Validate correctness of business processes within the scope of tests.
• Document test results and evidence of execution.
• Register defects, participate in error analysis, perform retests, and confirm fixes.
• Prepare input data for tests and report missing test data.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, IT, PMO, Test Data Coordinator, and supplier teams.
• Work in a hybrid model with meetings twice a week in the Warsaw office.
