Data Architect

Scalo is a company involved in projects related to data governance and management, working with regulated environments such as banking. The role involves working on federated Data Governance models aligned with data strategy and business needs in the banking sector.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance / Data Management
• Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Catalog tools
• Ability to connect business needs with Data & IT solutions
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., banking)
• Experience working with stakeholders at the managerial level
• High communication skills and independence in action

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK and DCAM
• Experience implementing Data Governance in complex data environments
• Ability to create educational materials and presentations for various audiences

• Design, develop, and implement a federated Data Governance model according to the data strategy, considering business needs for the banking sector
• Define and enforce data management policies, standards, and processes
• Participate in the development of processes and tools supporting Data Governance
• Support employees in assuming roles within the Data Governance structure
• Execute activities supporting the development of a data culture, including communication, educational, and community initiatives
• Work in a hybrid model with office presence in Warsaw twice a week
