Technical Project Leader

Scalo is a company involved in IT projects, including banking sector projects focused on international payment systems.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT or banking projects
• Previous roles as Project Coordinator, PMO, or IT Analyst
• Understanding of system environments and integrations
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Azure Boards
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, independent, and engaged personality
• Ability to combine business and technical perspectives and manage multiple threads simultaneously

• Support Project Manager in coordinating activities in a complex IT and business environment
• Work with banking systems and external integrations
• Coordinate project task execution and monitor progress
• Manage schedules, milestones, and dependencies between teams
• Prepare reports, summaries, and communications for stakeholders
• Maintain consistency of project and technical documentation
• Manage project risks, issues, and decisions
• Support implementations and hypercare phases
• Ensure effective collaboration between IT, business, and suppliers
