Business Analyst

Scalo is a company involved in projects related to banking, specifically electronic banking applications for web and mobile platforms.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis and managing complex projects
• At least 2 years of experience in banking projects
• Experience in implementing and modifying electronic banking services and digital products, especially complex business processes
• Knowledge of payment and transfer domains in retail banking context
• Familiarity with ISO20022 standard
• Project experience with P2P products, payment domain, and mobile applications
• Higher education in banking, mathematics, economics, or related fields
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Test Manager, Excel, Power BI, SQL
• Knowledge of process modeling tools such as BPMN and UML
• Advanced skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

• Working on projects related to the implementation of new electronic banking applications for web and mobile platforms
• Developing business concepts
• Translating concepts and agreements into business requirements and process maps, including preparing mockups
• Collaborating with IT teams on complex requirements
• Testing business solutions
• Leading projects in the role of Product Owner
• Hybrid work with 10 days per month in the Warsaw office
