Data Scientist

• Higher education in data science, mathematics, computer science, or machine learning.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Practical knowledge of Python and ML/Data Science libraries.
• Experience in training, validating, and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Knowledge of LLM, GenAI, and RAG concepts.
• Ability to work with data in cloud environments, preferably GCP and Vertex AI.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Experience in evaluation and monitoring of GenAI and RAG solution quality.
• Certifications in AI and ML.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with ambiguous data.
• Communication skills to translate technical results into business language.
• Technological curiosity and readiness to experiment.

• Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models and solutions using large language models (LLM) and generative AI (GenAI).
• Prepare and analyze data, including data exploration, feature engineering, and data quality verification.
• Build, develop, and maintain processes supporting training, validation, testing, and deployment of models.
• Participate in designing, developing, and evaluating solutions based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture within the AI platform.
• Define and monitor model quality metrics and conduct regression testing.
• Collaborate with AI Architect and business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical and AI-based solutions.
• Create and maintain model documentation and support AI solution oversight, regulatory compliance, and good model management practices.
