Senior IT Product Analyst (Pharmaceutical R&D / Laboratory Informatics)

ITFS Sp. z o.o. is offering a remote position for a Senior IT Product Analyst specializing in Pharmaceutical R&D and Laboratory Informatics, focusing on regulated environments and life sciences.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business or product analysis in regulated environments.
• Experience in Laboratory Informatics, Clinical R&D, or Life Sciences.
• Practical knowledge of LIMS and/or eNotebook systems.
• Strong understanding of laboratory processes, sample management, and research data.
• Experience collaborating with business, scientific, and technical teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements GxP (GMP, GCLP), FDA, CLIA, and system validation principles.
• Experience conducting workshops, requirements analysis, and preparing project documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar tools.
• Communicative English language skills (B2+/C1).
• Relevant education in Life Sciences, laboratory diagnostics, or related fields.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Revvity Signals, LabVantage, STARLIMS, Epic Beaker platforms.
• Knowledge of clinical research support systems (RTSM, EDC, EMR/EHR).
• Experience in biobanking, genetic research, or preclinical data management.
• Practical SQL skills.
• Experience in presales, laboratory solutions consulting, or product demonstrations.
• Experience with Salesforce or integration systems.

• Collaborate with Product Owner and business stakeholders to define and develop the product.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with laboratory, scientific, and IT teams.
• Map laboratory processes to system configurations, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Support implementation, configuration, and development of eNotebook, LIMS, and laboratory data management solutions.
• Coordinate UAT testing and support validation processes.
• Ensure solutions comply with GxP, GMP, GCLP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and IT teams on changes, validation, and system compliance.
• Analyze user reports and initiate product improvements.
• Act as an expert liaison between scientific, business, and technical areas.
