• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database.
• Experience administering production Oracle environments with high availability.
• Understanding of Oracle Database architecture (Instance, Database, ASM, Listener, Tablespaces).
• Practical experience with Oracle RAC and Oracle Data Guard.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Ability to analyze and optimize Oracle database performance.
• Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Experience with backups and recovery using RMAN.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve Oracle database errors and performance issues using AWR and ASH.
• Knowledge of Linux systems (Red Hat Linux, Oracle Linux).
• Understanding of database security.
• Ability to automate administrative tasks using Bash and SQL*Plus.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 maintenance duty.

Nice to have:

• Oracle OCA, OCP, or OCE certification.
• Experience with Oracle RAC administration.
• Experience with Oracle Exadata platform.
• Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate.
• Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Knowledge of Oracle Grid Infrastructure.
• Experience in banking or financial environments.
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as OEM, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, or Zabbix.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience with Oracle Database migrations and upgrades.

• Administer Oracle Database environments on Linux systems.
• Ensure high availability and continuity of Oracle databases.
• Maintain Oracle RAC and Oracle Data Guard environments.
• Monitor database and infrastructure performance.
• Analyze and resolve database incidents and failures.
• Diagnose performance issues using AWR, ASH, and ADDM.
• Perform backups and recovery tests using RMAN.
• Manage tablespaces, users, and permissions.
• Implement configuration and application changes requiring database modifications.
• Maintain and develop replication and Disaster Recovery environments.
• Collaborate with application teams on performance problem analysis.
• Participate in capacity planning for database environments.
• Install, configure, and update Oracle Database and Grid Infrastructure.
• Participate in database migrations and modernization projects.
• Create and update technical and operational documentation.
• Report on database environment status and SLA fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Oracle vendors and technology partners.
