• Experience working with Linux operating systems (Red Hat/CentOS).
• Experience in administration of critical business applications.
• Ability to analyze application and transaction logs.
• Knowledge of card transaction authorization concepts.
• Understanding of TCP/IP and SSL/TLS network communication basics.
• Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.
• Ability to diagnose performance and integration issues.
• Ability to create and modify Bash scripts and basic process automation.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure during production incidents.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple IT teams.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 on-call mode.

• Knowledge of ISO 8583 standard.
• Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard payment organizations.
• Understanding of Issuing, Acquiring, Clearing, and Settlement processes.
• Experience in administration of card authorization systems.
• Experience with monitoring systems (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, Zabbix).
• Experience with queueing systems (Kafka, MQ, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ).
• Knowledge of HSM systems and card cryptography.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS.
• Experience working in financial institutions or payment sector.
• Knowledge of complaint and chargeback processes.

• Administer applications supporting card processes Issuing, Acquiring, and Clearing.
• Ensure continuity of card authorization systems.
• Monitor card transaction flows between internal systems and payment organizations.
• Handle production incidents related to authorization, clearing, and settlements.
• Analyze transaction rejections and communication errors.
• Analyze application, system logs, and messages.
• Monitor clearing file exchange processes with Visa and Mastercard.
• Verify correctness of settlements and transaction data processing.
• Collaborate with business teams responsible for card products.
• Collaborate with integration, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Cooperate with card system providers and payment organizations.
• Participate in implementation of new card functionalities.
• Perform configuration changes according to Change Management procedures.
• Maintain and develop application monitoring.
• Create and update technical and operational documentation.
• Report service availability and SLA fulfillment.
• Participate in production problem analysis and post-mortem activities.
