Manual Tester (Banking)

• At least 2 years of experience as a Manual Tester
• Experience in testing business processes
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML basics
• Experience working on banking or financial projects
• Ability to analyze requirements and prepare test documentation
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
• Knowledge of test levels and the testing pyramid concept
• Familiarity with ISTQB terminology
• Independent, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to start work immediately

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of databases and basic SQL
• Basic knowledge of test automation (e.g., Java, Selenium WebDriver)
• Experience working with CI/CD
• ISTQB certification
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and client communication

• Design and develop test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and process documentation
• Perform manual testing of IT systems, including functional, integration, and regression testing
• Execute testing of business processes described in BPMN and UML notation
• Analyze requirements, business, and technical documentation
• Report, document, and monitor defects using tools such as Jira
• Report test results and collaborate with the project team to clarify inconsistencies
• Cooperate with business analysts, developers, and client-side stakeholders
• Work in a team delivering projects using Agile / Scrum methodologies
