Wymagania
- At least 5 years of experience in a Presales Engineer / Sales Engineer role
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
- Strong knowledge of GitOps platforms, including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and Jira
- Knowledge of backup, data recovery, data processing, and data transmission concepts
- Experience with data storage services (e.g., AWS S3 or similar solutions)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure / Entra
- Experience implementing IT solutions
- Basic understanding of networking and cybersecurity concepts
- Knowledge of authentication and identity management mechanisms, including SAML, OAuth, and SSO
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and administrative experience
- Basic understanding of REST API and Microsoft Graph API
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or public cloud environments (AWS / Azure)
- Basic automation and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Terraform)
- Familiarity with Identity Providers (IdPs)
Obowiązki
- Planning and managing PoC (Proof of Concept) processes for strategic customers
- Collaborating with the Sales team during the presales process to maximize business value
- Providing technical and DevOps-related expertise to the Sales team
- Building and developing long-term relationships with enterprise customers and partners
- Advising customers on backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Presenting GitProtect to customers and partners
- Delivering technical and product training sessions
- Onboarding customers and partners and supporting them during implementation
- Participating in marketing activities, including webinars, workshops, and conferences
- Contributing to the development of presales standards and onboarding new team members
- Collaborating with Product Managers on product development and feature prioritization
Oferta
- Employment contract (UoP): 15,000 – 17,000 PLN gross + uncapped bonus
- B2B contract: 107 – 119 PLN/h net + VAT + uncapped bonus
- Full-time role with core hours 9:00-15:00
