Agentic Mobile Engineer

TransferGo is a growing fintech scale-up with close to 400 employees in offices across Europe and the UK. The company focuses on providing tailored, affordable financial services to improve financial freedom and well-being. The role is within the Engage team, which manages the booking flow for SME and Private users, collaborating with multiple cross-functional departments.

• Strong product mindset focusing on problems, outcomes, and impact.
• Daily, hands-on agentic AI experience with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• 2+ years shipping production iOS apps using Swift and SwiftUI (UIKit a plus).
• Solid engineering fundamentals and desire to work cross-platform.
• Experience with SOLID principles, architectural patterns, reactive concepts (Combine or RxSwift), unit testing, and dependency injection.
• Critical code review skills, including identifying retain cycles, over-engineering, and AI output bugs.

Nice to have:

• Experience with a second stack such as Kotlin/Android, TypeScript + React/web, or backend languages.
• Knowledge of modular architecture.
• Experience shipping on 2+ platforms.
• Ability to review code in languages not used daily.
• Skills in writing effective agent specs, skills, rules, and guardrails.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

• Drive the development of comprehensive, cross-platform solutions for the booking domain.
