Obowiązki
- Support in daily administration of the Jira platform.
- Simple project configuration: creating new projects, managing permissions, configuring Kanban/Scrum boards.
- Analyzing business requests and translating them into Jira configuration changes (e.g., adding new fields, modifying workflows).
- Supporting end users in resolving current issues and answering questions about system operation.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to configuration.
- Collaborating with senior administrators on more complex tasks and implementation projects.
